AM HQ is working on a new resource for chapter leaders across the network to help guide them in raising students to each level of membership. Many AM Staff Members already have knowledge in raising and guiding students in the word of God, but in order to organize and create efficiency within AM's expanding network, AM is providing every leader and member a digitized copy of how to raise every newcomer to the level of devoted member.
This resource will help leaders, both experienced and rising, to not become too overwhelmed in teaching and discipling more than three students at a time. The resource gives a step by step process of what each membership level could entail for the student and gives them options to choose their path. When paired with prayer and discernment from the holy spirit, leaders and students can make decisions that lead them to God's best purpose.
AM will also make this resource available to all students who have become registered members to give them a vision of how their opportunities can unravel as an AM member. Gaining insight of how and where God is leading them may help students gain confidence and remove initial doubts about participating in ministry.
Everyone's path is unique and the path of faith will always have seasons of uncertainty. However, with a digital guide, AM hopes for both leaders and students to have better unity and understanding of what could come next on the journey of faith.
